It is okay to stay at the same weight sometimes. It happens. Don't panic.
Counting calories can be negative. We become cunning and eat the wrong foods.
The first goal of weight control is to stop getting any bigger.
A miracle is defined as a remarkable occurrence and it can happen if you persevere and make the miracle happen.
A tree isn't felled in one blow but rather it takes effort, endurance and the removal of many chips of wood before the tree will fall. Every gram of weight we lose can be likened to those chips of wood and we can be confident our weight will come down.
Eating regularly throughout the day will ensure that our hunger levels don't become cumulative, which can trigger us to overeat or binge.
We need to take care of ourselves!
